We are looking for a highly qualified Chartered Accountant with years of experience to lead a team of accountants. The Chartered Accountant is responsible for implementing accounting systems and processes, preparing monthly financial reports, controlling the master data of the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with the state revenue service. To be successful as a Chartered Accountant, you should possess a stable working track record, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be highly knowledgable in the broad spectrum of accountancy accounting practices. You should also be certified and accredited with the relevant association and governing body.

Chartered Accountant Responsibilities:


- Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
- Implement accounting systems and processes.
- Reconcile income statements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Control the master data of the general register.
- Review and release online banking payments.
- Review and release online banking payments.
- Ensure compliance with state revenue service.
- Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
- Manage the full financial process.
- Prepare an expense budget report.

Chartered Accountant Requirements:


- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Honor's Degree preferred.
- Completion of Articles.
- 5 years' post article experience.
- Registration with accredited statutory body and association.
- Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka FCA
- Fellow Certified Management Accountant FCMA.
- Fully compliant as a tax practitioner.
- Filing of corporate tax returns.
- MExperience in providing financial advice.
- Prepare an expense budget report.

Sales Support and Admin Executive Job Description

We are actively looking for a skilled Sales Support and Admin Executive to help our sales team with routine administrative functions. In this position, you will answer incoming calls and manage sales enquiries, keep sales department records, and file contracts. Your duties will include scheduling appointments with customers and suppliers, and overseeing the internal budget and commissions. You may also be required to perform internet searches for information that could be useful to the sales team. To deliver, Sales Support Administrators should have related experience and demonstrable administrative expertise. Outstanding Sales Support Administrators assist sales teams in such a way that it allows them to pursue sales targets, rather than being tied down with additional paperwork.

Sales Support and Admin Executive Responsibilities:


- Assist in preparing proposals and tenders.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up with vendors and partners.
- Manage supply chain activities and coordinate with freight agents
- Manage supplier payment activities
- Manage invoicing and monitoring of payments
- Coordinate and monitor project administration, deliverables, and documentation.
- Handle general office administration tasks, such as answering phone calls and maintaining office supplies
- Perform daily admin duties and provide internal support as needed
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Sales Support and Admin Executive Requirements:


- Diploma or above in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Sales support and administrative experience, with a preference for those who have experience in project management.
- Experience and knowledge in supply chain management, which would be advantageous for the role.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Computer proficiency, including experience with relevant software and applications.
